Enabling Well-Being and Safety While Managing Disruption During COVID-19

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our communities, and our way of life. As Canadians and the world is grappling with this issue of enormous scale and human impact, we wanted to give you an update on how we’re approaching the situation.

Firstly, our hearts and thoughts go to selfless healthcare and essential workers keeping our communities safe, moving and connected. We send our heartfelt wishes for anyone who has been directly or indirectly impacted by the virus and we wish them a speedy and full recovery. 

Enginess has been working with our partners and vendors to diligently reduce the risk to our ecosystem, as well as to ensure that our customer support and services continue without interruption. We decisively acted quickly by allowing staff to work from home in early March and swiftly moved to close our office and move the entire staff to remote work on March 13. 

Enginess is 100% operational and online, enabling us to prioritize the health of our team and the needs of our clients and partners. 

Moments like this, remind us that we are all connected. We’re called upon to be our best selves, with patience, understanding and compassion. Despite the many difficulties we all face, everyone here at Enginess remains fully committed to doing everything we can to support you through this difficult time.
